I’m Sophie Ricard, founder of Square Peg Parenting. I am an educator, a child nutritionist, and a passionate advocate for change. I believe every neurodivergent child should be supported in the way that works for them, not forced to change and adapt to fit in. Different is not less then. It’s just different, and children deserve to feel confident in who they are.

As mama to my own neurodivergent boy, I know how important it is to feel confident and empowered in your decisions. I founded Square Peg to give you support every step of the way.
